Processing Time

At Fabeve, we aim to ship your orders as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes a tracking number for your shipment.

  • United States: Orders typically arrive within 7 to 14 business days after they are shipped.

  • International (Outside the U.S.): Delivery usually takes around 10 to 14 business days, depending on the destination and local customs processing.

Orders placed with “Standard Insured Shipping” are processed within 72 hours (excluding weekends) and typically arrive within 10–14 business days from the shipping date.

Shipping to Other Countries

Orders placed with “Standard Insured Shipping” are processed within 72 hours (excluding weekends). Delivery typically takes 2–4 weeks, depending on your country.

Has My Order Been Dispatched Yet?

Most orders are dispatched within 48 hours, excluding Sundays.
Once dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation. Be sure to check your Spam or Junk folder if you don’t see it in your inbox.

What If My Item Arrives Damaged?

If your item is damaged during shipping, please take clear photos and a video of the damaged product and email them to [email protected].
We’ll send you a replacement within 24 hours of receiving your claim.

Can I Cancel or Modify My Order?

We try our best to accommodate changes, but:

  • If your order has not yet shipped, we can assist with cancellations or modifications.

  • If your order has already been dispatched, we are unable to make changes or cancel the shipment.

My Order Hasn’t Arrived Yet – What Should I Do?

If your order hasn’t arrived within 75 days (or 105 days for Brazil and South Africa) from the dispatch date, please reach out to us.
We will investigate and arrange a replacement shipment via a different courier.
